‘No apology, no contrition!’ Moment Marr ROASTS Nicola Sturgeon over disastrous election

8 Oct

Ms Sturgeon said she regretted the seats lost but did not apologise for the results, saying the SNP still maintained a strong lead on other Scottish parties.

She said: “I regret every seat that we have lost, we reflect very very carefully on that, of course we do.

“But the SNP is 17 points clear of its nearest rival, we’re polling at a level higher a year on from the Scottish election.”

The SNP returned to power in June 2017 with 35 seats in the Scottish Parliament,  a 13.1 per cent loss compared to the election of 2015.
